Short-Term Care:
Our interdisciplinary team of professionals includes physicians, nurses, dietitians, and therapists. They are here to help you heal after an injury or illness and provide a smooth transition from the hospital.
Long-Term Care:
Receive exceptional care from professional staff in a private suite with all the comforts of home. Our luxurious environment and stellar amenities provide serenity and peace of mind.
Rehabilitation Services
Our goal is to help you return to your highest level of function. You’ll have access to an array of rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy in our state-of-the-art facility.
Depending on your needs, your care could include:
- Spacious private suites with private bathrooms and showers
- Additional support from Consonus Healthcare for rehab services
- Partnership with Accelerated Care Plus, a leading provider of medical tools that improve patient outcomes
